Fish cutlets

For the recipe it are required to you:
- Fish forcemeat (for example a crash) - 1 kg
- Carrots - 5-6 piece.
- Onions - 4 piece.
- A flour - 1 glass
- semolina - 1 st.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 glasses
- Water (milk) - 1/2 glasses
- white cabbage - 200 g
- An egg - 3 piece.
- Salt, sugar - to taste.

To cut carrots with ringlets (thinly), to grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, there to pour out carrots ringlets and minutes 5 to extinguish, having added salt on tip a knife and ch. The spoon of sugar. As soon as carrots touch up also was softened - to add it in fish forcemeat. There to hammer 3 eggs, to crumble onions, it is thin the cut cabbage, to pour vegetable oil. All to stir, add a glass (incomplete) flours{torments} and semolina, again to mix. Then in a frying pan to pour vegetable oil, water or milk, to mould cutlets (if they collapse, means to add flours!) to roll in them in a flour or crackers and to lay out on a frying pan on average fire.
